Tim started his Real Estate career at Elders Berry in 2003 and gained experience and knowledge working along side his late father Brian McGoldrick in the family office selling and listing lifestyle properties, working and hobby farms and residential properties up and down the coast. In 2008 Tim decided to broaden his horizons and experience what Sydney had to offer. He worked in some vastly different market places from the North Shore, CBD and the Inner City selling resale’s, investment properties and off the plan developments. This experience has given him great insight into how the Sydney market operates and what real attention to detail and service is needed to get the best result for his clients.
Tim returned to the Berry area at the start of 2011 to start to take the reins of the business and implement new ideas and strategies that will keep Elders Berry as the go to agency on the South Coast.
